Fox Landscaping Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fox Landscaping Company Inc, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://fox-landscaping.com/ (the “Site”) and the landscaping services we provide.
When you access our Site or book our services, you accept and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
Services & Estimates
- Scope of Work: We will outline your specific landscaping services in a separate written estimate or proposal that we provide to you (“Client,” “you”).
Estimates: All estimates are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date issued. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen site conditions arise.
Modifications: You must request any project changes in writing. These changes may increase your final project cost.
Client Responsibilities & Property Access
- Access: The Client grants Fox Landscaping permission to access the property during agreed-upon working hours to perform the services.
Property Lines: It is the Client’s responsibility to correctly identify and mark property lines. We accept no liability for disputes arising from misplaced boundaries.
Underground Utilities: The Client must inform us of any private, non-mapped underground lines (e.g., invisible dog fences, private irrigation, landscape lighting). While we will contact local utility dig-alerts (811) where required by law, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.
Pet and Debris Clearance: The yard must be free of pet waste, toys, and large debris before our team arrives.
Payment Terms
- Deposits: A deposit of [e.g., 20% to 50%] may be required before work begins for larger projects.
Final Payment: Payment is due [e.g., immediately upon completion / within 7 days of invoice date].
Late Fees: Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of [e.g., 1.5%] per month on the unpaid balance.

Cancellations & Delays
- Weather Delays: Landscaping is highly dependent on weather conditions. Fox Landscaping is not liable for project delays caused by severe weather, rain, frost, or other acts of Mother Nature.
Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled maintenance service, please notify us at least [24 or 48 hours] in advance. Cancellations made past this window may incur a fee.
Guarantees & Liabilities
- Plant Warranties: Because plants, turf, and trees are living organisms dependent on post-installation care, Fox Landscaping provides a warranty on new plantings, provided the Client follows recommended watering schedules. We do not guarantee plants damaged by neglect, extreme weather, or pests.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fox Landscaping’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for those specific services.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: All text, images, logos, and before-and-after photos on our Site are the property of Fox Landscaping and are protected by copyright laws.
Photos of Work: We reserve the right to take photos of the work we perform on your property for promotional and portfolio use on our website and social media, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
